The stewards of the Oxford Street Methodist Church Whitley Bay highly recommend the work of Tynemouth Decorators.

The outside of the church was painted with great care and expertise using the best  Weathershield paint-giving two coats of gloss paint for maximum protection. The hidden parts of the building were painted with just as much care as the more obvious doors and windows. Very good and conscientious work altogether.

The painters were courteous and helpful when they were so often interrupted by the many people still using the building while the painting was in progress. Groundstar Limited are part of the Swissport International Group of Airport Ground Handlers operating out of six airports. Our head office is in Newcastle International Airport and we have a total UK staff of 3500 in this country.

We have used Tynemouth Decorators twice this year and they have completely redecorated the ground floor area of Groundstar House.

Tynemouth Decorators completed a small refurbishment of the dining hall at Monkseaton High School. The issue was a sloping roof above the food counter and the surrounding frontage of the servery area. It was all wood and looked dull and was in need of an injection of colour.

The dining hall already had commenced a marketing concept using vibrant posters and signs and I suggested using a lime green colour, which I think Steve was a bit shocked at our colour choice! Steve and one of his team members started on a Monday, thinking it would only take a day and a half, but it took a week to complete as the paint wouldn't take and it took 5 coats to complete!

Steve was dedicated to getting the job right and committed a lot of time and effort to ensure the job was delivered to a high standard. They did an outstanding job and their professionalism shone through. I found Steve very helpful and he offers advice on the best type of paints to use and what colours would work well in certain areas. I would recommend Tynemouth Decorators to any business as a professional decorating company who deliver an first class service.
